	This series of 30-plus works, painted in 2001-2003, was a call out to the universe for a soulmate. Each silhouette is composed of the word "NOW" written hundreds of times. The image, arms raised and slender, represents the triumphant, strong, feminine woman I dreamt of sharing my life with. She arrived January 2004, and subsequently agreed to be my wife ... and in an almost eerie twist, she looks exactly like the image.
